Capstone's Food Shelf in Barre is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm , as well as Tuesdays (same hours) for fresh veggies and bread only. Contact: 802-479-1053. or lscharf@capstonevt.org.
